We at Alt Beast love our festivals and we just wanted to share with you a couple of back to back music fests that have crossed our sights.

Now-a-days, people are finding reasons to head up to the Great White North and we just found another. Pouzza Fest is a punk rock festival held in downtown Montreal Canada and has featured a sloughs some heavy hitting punk artists such as Less Than Jake, The Suicide Machines, old friends Survay Says! (now Keep Flying) and more. They have recently announce the dates of the 7th iteration of fest; so mark you calendars, the mosh pits are set to start May 19th, 20th, and 21st.

But travel too far after that. May 26th through the 28th, Boston Calling Music Fest is starting up once again. This time, moving its location out from the Boston City Hall Plaza and onto the Harvard Athletic Complex in Allston, MA. With this major location change, the fest promises us more that just live music performances. The fest has introduced a lineup of comedians along side of some big name artists like Sia, Disclosure, and The Front Bottoms.

Now, no artists have been announced as of yet for either festival; but we will definitely keep you posted when they do and hope to be covering the fest as well later this year.
